reptile zoo

My cousin and I did a reptile zoo! I brought out my lizards and turtle to show all the neighborhood kids. They could color a picture, pet the reptiles, and eat otter pops. It was super fun! I like teaching kids about nature, so they understand the world better and try to help animals. Also, so they go play  outside instead of sitting inside playing video games all day. here is our reptile zoo with nature collection and gift shop     the turtle we caught at the park

So of course I grabbed it before it could get away! I took it over to the play ground to show my mom. I said guess what I caught? she said, a frog? no. a snake? no. Ok just show me! then I pulled out this huge turtle from behind my back! she was really surprise. This is likely a red ear slider that someone had as a pet then released into the wild.  A while back we went to the BYU botanical gardens. there is a little pond there full  of turtles basking on the rocks in t...

Hi, I am Zachary. I am crazy about reptiles! I especially like lizards. I started liking them this summer when I caught 4 sage brush lizards. After that, I wanted to learn everything about reptiles. I'm making this blog to teach other people how radical reptiles are!!!!   These are the first lizards I caught at Red Ledges in Spanish Fork Utah
